We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

If you are eligible for the refund, you will get a refund of 100% of your purchase amount.

 

 

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item and contact us immediately at contact@PetChristmas.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

We accept refunds and returns for the following cases:

 

The item is broken

We sent the wrong item

We sent the wrong size.

If you are eligible for the refund, you will get a refund of 100% of your purchase amount.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To start the return process, we require your order number and proof of a defective item in one of the cases above.

Contact us at contact@PetChristmas.shop and we’ll instruct you on how and where to send your package. The inspection could take around 5-7 business days. After that, you’ll receive a new product without any cost (no return fee). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

If you are eligible for the refund, you will get a refund of 100% of your purchase amount.

 

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days after the inspection.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, only after that contact your bank. because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atcontact@PetChristmas.shop

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Place items in a box with email confirmation or original receipt and a note detailing what you would like us to do to remedy your situation. We cannot process an exchange or refund without your receipt.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If the product is still being processed, you’re eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a tracking number and you want to cancel, you will have to wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
